Shipping Rates and Information

We aim to ship the day you order, but if that's not possible it should leave for you the next day via ground service. While we do have most styles in stock at our store, we occasionally need to ship direct from the manufacturer. In this situation, your items ship generally just as fast, but we thought we'd let you know in case the addresses confuse you. Shipping is free on all orders $99 or more, and just $4.75 for order totals less than that. This applies to orders shipping within the continental US.

Orders placed from Florida will have an additional 6% sales tax added at checkout.

We are able to ship to the UK, but an additional shipping charge of $34 will need to be added. Please contact us if you'd like to place an international order and we'll work with you.

Returns and Exchanges

We do our best to make sure you'll be satisfied with your purchase before it ships and each bag is inspected before it leaves. If you find yourself wanting to see parts of the bag up close, let us know and we'll get you a detailed picture. In the event you get a defective bag, you will receive a full refund minus the credit card transaction fees. You will need to ship the bag back to us in the original packaging.
